Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you’ll operate state-of-the-art rollforming, folding, and cut-to-length machines to process purlins and girts, contributing to high-quality steel products that shape the nation’s infrastructure. As a Machine Operator, you’ll handle advanced purlin and girt rollforming machines, ensuring precise production while maintaining safety and quality standards. Your day-to-day tasks will include setting up and operating machinery, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with a tight-knit team to meet production goals. With comprehensive training provided, you’ll gain a deep understanding of our processes and products, with opportunities to grow your skills in a supportive, safety-focused workplace. Key Responsibilities

• Operate rollforming, folding, and cut-to-length machines for purlins and girts
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine or process issues efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to maintain production schedules
• Uphold safety standards under the Health & Safety at Work Act 2015
  
  

About You

• Experience running purlin/girt rollforming machines or similar equipment
• Computer-literate with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving
• Physically fit to handle steel products safely
• Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to quality
• Experience in engineering or manufacturing environments is a plus
