SALES ASSOCIATE NAGA

Sales Associate will assist and support the Sales Officer in his goal of generating auto loan volume.

Main Accountabilities

• Account Solicitation Activities
• - Performs activities or tasks to help secure submitted turn-ins:
• Pre-screens and encodes applications
• Assists the Sales Officer in relaying approval to client, referring branch, salesman or dealer
• Assigns unit for appraisal and car history for second hand, imported units
• Customer Care
• Assists the Sales Officer in answering inquiries and concerns of the channels being handled
• Assists client in signing of loan documents (for direct marketing accounts)
• Assists the Sales Officer in conducting follow-ups on unavailed approvals
• Documentation
• Prepares the loan documents to be signed by the client (for direct marketing accounts)
• Prepares and sends Purchase Order to dealer (for direct marketing accounts)
• Assists the Sales Officer in following up unsubmitted requirements from branch, dealer or client
• College graduate preferably with a degree in business or marketing-related courses
• Experience in a similar function an advantage
• Basic computer applications (MS Word, MS Excel)
• Good command of the oral and written language
