Specialist Project Management Support

The Position

Are you passionate about project management, stakeholder coordination, data accuracy, and continuous improvement? As a Specialist, Project Management Support in GBS Manila, you will play an important role in supporting the Strategy Office of GBS Governance, Enablement, and Strategy through Project Portfolio Monitoring & Oversight (ProMO).

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with project leads, stream heads, senior leaders, technical experts, and compliance stakeholders to strengthen transparency, governance, and operational excellence across GBS.

• Support the monitoring and reporting of GBS projects through the ProMO platform.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project updates.
• Contribute to audit, compliance, dashboard maintenance, and stakeholder communication activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support key users and stakeholders by addressing queries and concerns related to Project Portfolio Monitoring & Oversight (ProMO)
• Support project leads and managers in creating, logging, and updating project intentions in the ProMO platform until initiatives are reviewed and decided by senior leaders.
• Prepare reports, create dashboard, presentation materials, and stakeholder communications to provide visibility on project status, progress, and key updates.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, Q&A sessions, newsletters, template updates, and information releases for new project owners and users when needed.
• Maintain and regularly update the ProMO dashboard, system data, and related templates to ensure information remains accurate, complete, and reliable.
• Support audit and compliance activities by updating audit calendars, schedules, announcements, final audit report transfers, and follow-up of finding statuses with relevant stakeholders.

About Our Future Employee

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or other related fields.
• Excellent communication skills in English, including business writing, stakeholder communication, presentation, and facilitation.
• Experience and familiarity with project management monitoring, reporting, coordination, or project support activities.
• Expertise and familiarity with PowerBI, MS Project, Project Server,CoPilot and PowerApp is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Access, and Teams.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with project leads, process experts, managers, senior leaders, IT partners, and compliance stakeholders.
