Tasks & Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day Third-Party Risk Management activities, ensuring compliance with established processes and guidelines
• Provide support to stakeholders throughout the end-to-end Know Your Business Partner process, ensuring smooth execution of tasks
• Assist in the monitoring and analysis of risk exposure across the third-party portfolio, ensuring alignment with Boehringer Ingelheim’s risk appetite and exposure guidelines
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various countries to ensure effective communication and task execution
• Manage task intake, prioritize, and track tasks using provided systems and tools
• Support the team in maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to process improvements

• University degree in Business, Economics, Law, or a related field

• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

• Proficiency in business English (minimum B2 level); Mandarin and/or Japanese language skills are a plus

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
