The Position

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of Financial Business Partner operations and achieve agreed service levels, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Manage team performance through coaching, capability development, workload balancing, and regular performance reviews to ensure high employee engagement and productivity.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs, resolving service risks, and implementing corrective actions to maintain stable and efficient operations.
• Partner with global stakeholders, process owners, and business teams to address business needs, improve customer experience, and strengthen service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance requirements, audit expectations, and applicable policies while proactively managing operational risks.
• Champion continuous improvement, digitalization, and automation initiatives that increase efficiency, enhance service quality, and support long-term business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in any discipline, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Information Management, Business Administration, Economics, or other business-related fields.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing operational teams, with a proven track record in performance management, coaching, capability building, and talent development.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across global functions, cultures, and organizational levels.
• Proven success in leading service delivery and operational excellence, including achievement of KPI and SLA targets within a shared services, global business services, or comparable operational environment.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement principles, with the ability to balance operational efficiency, control requirements, and customer needs.
• Strategic, analytical, and digitally savvy mindset, with experience leveraging data, emerging technologies, automation, and process optimization to drive business outcomes and operational transformation.
