Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Windows and Desktop Support working in a hybrid remote model. This role involves designing and implementing infrastructure solutions to enhance our IT capabilities ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the companys growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust infrastructure solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance IT capabilities.
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of Windows-based systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Provide expert guidance on desktop support strategies to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly.
• Develop and document infrastructure standards and best practices to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve infrastructure scalability.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all infrastructure activities.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades to maintain high availability and reliability.
• Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure services.
• Manage infrastructure projects from conception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
