Job Description

Position Summary

Skilled and experienced Workshop Personnel. Will be responsible for maintaining and repairing workshop equipment, vehicles, and machinery in a workshop & warehouse setting. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and ability to work.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

Functional Role

Warehouse Personnel Role

• Receiving and Inspecting Shipments: Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage, accuracy, and quality.
• Stocking and Storage: Store and organize inventory in the warehouse, ensuring accurate labeling and easy accessibility.
• Picking and Packing Orders: Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely shipment to customers.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and identify discrepancies.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Shipping and Receiving Documentation: Prepare and process shipping and receiving documents, such as bills of lading and receipts.
  
  

• Maintain and Repair Equipment: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, vehicles, and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Conduct Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of equipment, vehicles, and machinery to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Maintain Workshop: Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment, adhering to safety and quality standards.
  
  

• Operating Warehouse Equipment: Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
• Following Safety Procedures: Follow safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Maintaining Inventory Accuracy: Maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
• Providing Support to Planners & Technicians: Provide excellent support, responding to planner, admin & technicians request
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards
  
  

• As per discussed and agreed on TPP and KPI targets
• KPAs and KPIs target are updated annually during TPP Target setting discussions. The targets are aligned to the four development stages introduced for continuous development: World Class, Advanced, Basic & Reactive, to facilitate benchmarking and allow better understanding of where the field operative needs to improve.
• Monthly KPI figures can be obtained from SIEBEL, the QV Report or the Power BI Report and can be discussed during the weekly toolbox meeting with the service manager.

• At least a Diploma in any 4 years course in college
• TESDA or similar certifications
  
  

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
