Job Description
- Provide technical support for semiconductor testing projects, including new product introductions and production ramp-up activities.
- Develop and recommend testing solutions to address product validation, correlation, and evaluation challenges.
- Partner closely with customers to resolve test development and manufacturing test issues.
- Work alongside engineering and commercial teams to create effective customer support and business strategies.
- Execute customer-focused support plans to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing account support.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related discipline (open to fresh graduates)
- Experience within the semiconductor IC testing industry, particularly in wafer testing or final testing environments, is advantageous.
- Background in System-on-Chip (SoC) testing using automated test equipment platforms.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or C++.
- Knowledge of Linux environments and scripting languages is considered beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to learn independently and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong project coordination, analytical troubleshooting, and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different stakeholder levels.
- Full onsite dayshift role in Alabang
- Monthly car allowance of PHP 9,200 (taxable, subject to vehicle ownership requirements).
- Monthly car maintenance allowance of PHP 4,800 (taxable, subject to vehicle ownership requirements).
- Mileage reimbursement for business-related travel using a personal vehicle.
- Guaranteed 13th month pay.
- Opportunity to receive a global performance bonus of up to two payouts annually, subject to company performance.
- Exposure to multinational customers and advanced semiconductor technologies.
