Summary:

The Levies and Garnishments Senior Coordinator ensures the precise intake and processing of legal orders received through various channels, maintaining consistent operational excellence. This role manages legal orders—such as levies and garnishments—from start to finish, including intake, scanning, and digital filing. Additionally, the associate resolves complex cases, conducts quality checks, and communicates effectively with customers and external agencies.


Work Set up: Onsite. Back Office. Candidates must be amenable to a night shift schedule.


General Responsibilities:


  • Manage, sort, and prepare incoming legal orders for uploading to legal module system
  • Monitor and manage the special processing mailbox, CSC management system and Omnibus.
  • Partner with Levies & Garnishment Processors to escalate, identify trends and track volume
  • Utilizes problem solving skills to resolve unidentified legal orders and identify process improvements
  • Ability to handle other duties as assigned by management and work in a fast-paced environment


Basic Qualifications:


  • Two (2) years college level education or equivalent work experience
  • At least two (2) years experience in a call center environment or any equivalent work experience
  • At least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail is a must


Preferred Qualifications:


  • At least 2 years of customer service or banking experience
  • Experience in deposit operations , bank account servicing ,ACH , Tax Levies/ Liens , Paralegal , legal orders, payment operations, account restraints or back office financial services is preferred
  • Experience in U.S. banking processes is an advantage
