You will handle supplier onboarding and maintenance, resolve system issues, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and drive process improvements.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd-level support by analyzing, resolving, or escalating process and system errors to appropriate teams, ensuring timely resolution
• Manage supplier onboarding processes, ensuring timely and accurate integration into the business network
• Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, providing guidance and support throughout onboarding
• Execute projects related to supplier onboarding workflows and processes
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align on requirements, timelines, and compliance standards
  
  
  

About Our Future Employee

We are looking for candidates with:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sourcing and procurement related position, preferable in a supporting function. Knowledge of Ariba Network and Supplier Enablement is a strong advantage
• Experience in supplier onboarding and business network platform
• Supplier Relationship Management
• Project Management
• Risk Management
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to grasp new topics quickly and to transport information/knowledge coherently to others
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• English (fluent) in spoken and written
