Role Overview

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Solutions Architect to join our team. The Solutions Architect will play a critical role in designing and delivering technical solutions that meet business needs, ensuring alignment with technology strategies and architectural standards.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements and design robust, scalable, and secure solutions.

Develop high-level and detailed solution designs, ensuring that architectural standards and best practices are followed.

Lead the selection of technology stacks, frameworks, and tools to deliver solutions effectively.

Guide development teams throughout the project lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Create architectural artifacts (e.g., diagrams, specifications, presentations) to communicate solutions to stakeholders.

Ensure that solutions are designed for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Conduct solution reviews and assessments to ensure quality, security, and compliance.

Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and approaches to continuously improve solution delivery.

Act as the technical point of contact for clients or internal stakeholders during the pre-sales and solution delivery phases.

Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure solutions align with long-term business goals and technology strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

8+ years of experience in software development, systems integration, or solution architecture roles.

Proven experience designing solutions across multiple domains: application, integration, data, and infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures.

Familiarity with API design, microservices, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless computing.

Solid understanding of system security principles and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, etc.).

Experience with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code).

Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and modern middleware solutions.

Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
