Salary Range: P90,000 - P100,000 (guaranteed up to 14th month pay)

Work Setup: Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite and 2 Days WFH

Shift Schedule: Night Shift

The Role

The Senior Procurement Analyst Analyst drives strategic initiatives through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and process mining. This role collaborates cross-functionally to identify optimization opportunities, develop high-impact dashboards, and accelerate digital transformation across global supply chain operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze global supply chain data to identify trends and operational efficiencies
• Develop and maintain predictive models and dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or Celonis
• Integrate complex datasets across logistics, planning, and production functions
• Cultivate strategic partnerships to ensure organizational alignment and data connectivity
• Provide data-driven insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making
• Implement and monitor KPIs to track and improve supply chain performance
• Contribute to global projects aimed at enhancing operational infrastructure
• Communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders at all organizational levels

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related quantitative field
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, specifically within a manufacturing or supply chain environment
• Advanced proficiency in developing visualizations across multiple BI platforms, with a strong preference for SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or Tableau
• Technical expertise in SAP and advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, lookups, and Power BI integration
• Demonstrated experience utilizing Celonis or similar process mining software to analyze and optimize business workflows
• Proven ability to synthesize complex, raw data into actionable strategic insights
• Comprehensive understanding of process mining methodologies and their application in operational excellence
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across various functions and seniority levels
• Superior analytical capabilities with a focus on translating conceptual data into value-driven solutions
• Strong project management background with a documented history of leading successful process improvement initiatives
• Detail-oriented professional capable of prioritizing and managing multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously
