Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer Expert

As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer / Expert, you will play a key role in the design, development, customization, and evolution of SGS’s Dynamics 365 platform and related business applications. You will contribute to solution architecture decisions, ensure high-quality implementations, and promote scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions.

This role requires strong ownership, deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, a solid end-to-end technical vision, and the ability to proactively enhance our platforms, integrations, and development standards.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement / CRM).

• Configure and extend Dynamics using plugins, workflows, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and custom integrations.

• Contribute to solution architecture and technical design decisions across the Dynamics ecosystem and integrated applications.

• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware.

• Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and DevOps practices for Dynamics environments.

• Optimize and modernize existing Dynamics implementations, reducing technical debt and improving scalability and performance.

• Ensure system reliability through monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects, and cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or ERP) development.

• Strong experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics SDK/customization tools.

• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).

• Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) for integrations.

• Solid understanding of software architecture, security best practices, and DevOps.

• Proven experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics deployments.

• Fluent in English and comfortable working in a global, multicultural environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or dual-write integrations.

• Knowledge of Power BI for reporting and analytics.

• Experience with legacy Dynamics CRM versions or migrations to Dynamics 365.

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular) for portal or integrated UI development.

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
