The Executive of Health and Safety shall perform basic and routine duties in a wide range of health and safety disciplines to achieve the compliance targets and KPIs and may perform as the Pollution Control Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Under direct supervision, perform basic and routine duties in a wide range of health and
safety disciplines to achieve compliance with the ZALORA HSE group standards along
with local regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of safety and health
programs, systems and procedures.
- Make regular inspections throughout the Facility area.
- Assist in monitoring hazards that may be present in the work area.
- Accomplish HIRAC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment Control) Reports to be
presented to the business leaders.
- Work with others to investigate and record accidents, injuries and complaints concerning
hazards in the workplace.
- Provide suggestions and action plans (corrective and preventive) for identified accidents,
injuries and hazards in the workplace.
- Participate in health and safety audits and recommend improvements in processes,
design, procedures and equipment to minimize hazards.
- Participate in and conduct employee training, emergency preparedness, as well as
ensure the quality of the programs.
- Assist in maintenance of training records, required inspections and data collection, and
input for environmental reporting.
- Providing assistance with special projects as needed.
- Implement security policies and programs
- Maintain and Coordinate Training Need Analysis
- Perform other tasks may be assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of Safety Compliance experience.
- Knowledgeable in processes and systems related to Hybrid Workplace and
Warehousing.
- DOLE accredited Safety Trainings (Safety Officer 3).
- Mandatory 40 hours basic OSH training course applicable to Industry.
- Additional 48 hours of advance / specialized occupational safety training course relevant
to the Industry.
- The ability to work through all administrative responsibilities and are extremely well
organized.
- Exceptional prioritization skills; able to handle complex problems and challenges.
- Exceptional customer service and capability to manage different stakeholders
- ISO 45001 experience is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and asynchronous written communication skills required for
stakeholder management in a global office environment.

- Amenable to report to the office located in Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX) as
needed.
