Job Description

Analyze and interpret large volumes of structured and unstructured data to uncover meaningful business insights.
Design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions, tools, and self-service analytics capabilities.
Leverage modern technologies and innovative approaches to solve complex business challenges.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting, dashboards, and visualisations that support decision-making.
Provide analytical recommendations that help drive business strategy and risk management initiatives.
Develop and enhance business intelligence solutions and performance metrics.
Promote strong data quality practices, including metadata management, data lineage, and business definitions.
Collaborate with technology teams to support data security, governance, and access management.
Create monitoring processes and reporting solutions that improve and maintain data quality standards.
Contribute to automation and continuous improvement efforts to drive operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum of 2 years' experience in data analytics, reporting, or a similar analytical function.
At least 1 year of experience working with scripting languages such as Python, R, or comparable technologies.
Experience using business intelligence and data visualisation platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Strong SQL and database querying skills with experience handling large data sets.
Familiarity with data warehouses and working with both structured and unstructured data.
Exposure to AWS services and cloud-based analytics environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Understanding of data governance, data quality management, and related best practices.
Willing to work a hybrid schedule based in Alabang, Muntinlupa, with predominantly work-from-home arrangements and a mid-shift schedule.
