Job Description
Manage and grow assigned customer accounts by developing strong, long‑term relationships
Identify new business opportunities, applications, and markets for the companys products and solutions
Provide technical support and product expertise throughout the sales process, including pre‑ and post‑sales activities
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and solution recommendations tailored to customer needs
Work closely with internal teams (R&D, production, quality, supply chain) to ensure successful project execution and delivery
Support product evaluations, trials, and qualification processes with customers
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to support strategic planning
Represent the company in customer meetings, technical discussions, and industry‑related events as needed
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Sales Engineer/Manager Should Have
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical field
3-7 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or application engineering, preferably in materials, chemicals, or industrial products
Strong understanding of solution‑based / consultative selling
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear commercial value propositions
Experience working with manufacturing, R&D, or technical teams is highly preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
Willingness to travel locally (and occasionally internationally, if required)
