What youll do:

As Sales Administrator, you play a key role in supporting ECLEVAs sales function by delivering high-quality proposals, capturing and documenting client requirements, and providing technical and administrative support throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Top-of-Funnel, Lead & Opportunity Research
    • Research and prepare prospect and partner lead lists based on defined ICP and targeting criteria
    • Run LinkedIn Sales Navigator searches (e.g. MSPs, partner organizations, key decision-maker roles)
    • Research prospective organizations where leads exist to build profiles of size, sector, operations, and technology landscape
    • Identify and validate target accounts, contacts, and basic firmographic data
    • Use research to identify potential opportunities, risks, and differentiators in client engagement
    • Summarize and share research insights with the sales team to improve the quality of proposals and presentations
    • Enrich, tag, and segment lead and account data in CRM (industry, size, region, solution fit, partner type)
    • Hand off researched leads and opportunity insights to BDMs or Partner Managers (no outbound contact or selling)



  • Sales operations & pipeline support
    • Maintain accurate CRM data for leads, opportunities, contacts, and activities
    • Ensure opportunities follow agreed sales stages and approval checkpoints
    • Prepare pipeline, forecast, and booking reports for leadership reviews
    • Track opportunity progress and follow up on missing information or actions



  • Proposal & bid coordination
    • Assemble proposals and SOWs using approved templates
    • Coordinate inputs from Solution Architects, Delivery Leads, and Finance
    • Manage document version control, formatting, and quality checks
    • Schedule and track internal bid reviews and approvals



  • Quoting & commercial administration
    • Prepare quotes using standard rate cards and pricing models
    • Apply approved discounts and pricing rules (no independent pricing authority)
    • Manage approval workflows for non-standard commercials
    • Maintain commercial artefacts: rate cards, T&Cs, proposal templates



  • Contract & documentation management
    • Prepare contracts, SOWs, and variations from approved templates
    • Track contract status (draft, sent, signed, expired)
    • Ensure executed documents are stored correctly and accessible
    • Support handover documentation from sales to delivery / CSM



  • Coordination & follow-up
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, follow-ups, and action items between sales, technical, and client teams
    • Follow up on signatures, approvals, and outstanding actions
    • Act as the coordination point between sales, delivery, and finance



  • Reporting & insights
    • Produce regular sales reports (pipeline, win/loss, conversion rates)
    • Track deal cycle times and proposal turnaround
    • Capture win/loss reasons and support continuous improvement



  • Sales enablement & tooling
    • Maintain sales templates, playbooks, and collateral libraries
    • Support onboarding of new sales team members


Successful candidates must have:

  • Certificate or bachelors in business/communications/design/IT (preferred).
  • Relevant short courses/certifications in Microsoft 365 apps, Canva, or Dynamics 365 Sales are advantageous

  • Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
  • Work Setup: Work On-Site
  • Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
