We are looking for a creative, proactive, and data-driven Recruitment Marketing Assistant who can support both employer branding and front-end sourcing activities. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and talent acquisition, combining content creation with candidate engagement and market intelligence.

You will help attract, engage, and convert talent through compelling campaigns, while also supporting candidate sourcing, research, and coordination efforts to ensure a strong and steady talent pipeline.

If you're passionate about digital content, sourcing strategies, and talent insights, this role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment marketing.

Key Responsibilities Creative Design & Content Development

• Design engaging visuals (static and video) for job ads, social media, recruitment campaigns, and events
• Develop content for career pages, newsletters, employee stories, and talent campaigns
• Ensure consistency with Filinvest's employer branding guidelines across all materials
  
  

• Support content planning, scheduling, and publishing across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and drive candidate interaction
• Assist in executing paid and organic campaigns to boost talent attraction and brand visibility
  
  

• Support active sourcing of candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Conduct initial resume screening and profile validation based on role requirements
• Perform outreach, calling, and follow-ups with prospective candidates to drive pipeline movement
  
  

• Assist in talent mapping and candidate profiling for priority and critical roles
• Help build and update candidate pipelines and talent intelligence trackers
  
  

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience through timely updates and communication
• Assist in tracking application progress and maintaining recruitment databases
  
  

• Work closely with Talent Acquisition and Corporate Marketing for aligned campaigns
• Support job fairs, campus events, and employer branding initiatives
• Coordinate with vendors for creative production and campaign requirements
• Other tasks that may be given relative to recruitment marketing and sourcing support
  
  

• Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, HR, or related field
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing, recruitment, or sourcing (internship included)
• Background or exposure in talent sourcing, recruitment coordination, or HR support is an advantage
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Familiar with social media platforms and basic analytics tools
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
