Program Project Management Lead

As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. Your typical day will involve defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and effectively communicating with various stakeholders to manage expectations, address issues and achieve desired outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate collaboration among diverse teams to ensure project alignment and success. - Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and enhance project performance. - Continuously assess project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Commercial Insurance. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Proficient in stakeholder management and communication strategies. - Experience with risk management and mitigation techniques. - Ability to analyze project data and generate actionable insights. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in Commercial Insurance. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 10 year(s) of experience is required
