Job Description

Canvass suppliers and request price quotations for packaging materials, goods, and services.
Prepare simple canvass sheets for price comparison.
Coordinate with suppliers to confirm product details, prices, and delivery schedules.
Maintain updated lists of suppliers and price records.
Submit complete canvassing documents for Purchase Order processing.
Assist in monitoring delivery of purchased items.
Follow company procurement policies and procedures

Job Requirements

Graduate of Bachelors degree in Customs Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Financial Management and allied courses.
With a minimum 1 year of work experience in procurement, purchasing, or canvassing.
Basic computer skills, especially MS Excel and Word.
Ability to organize documents and handle multiple tasks.
Good communication skills.
Experience in packaging, trading, or exportimport companies is an advantage.
