The role
The role supports the company’s human resources function by handling recruitment, employee administration, compensation support, and engagement initiatives. It ensures accurate HR records, smooth day-to-day HR operations, and a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance and data integrity.
Your Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage the full recruitment cycle from approved requisition to contract execution.
Source, screen, and endorse qualified candidates for open positions.
Orient applicants and employees on company policies, benefits, and procedures.
Compensation, Benefits & Employee Records
Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
Coordinate employee enrollments and concerns with health and insurance providers.
Maintain accurate employee files, clearances, exit documents, and HR records.
HR Operations & Administration
Prepare manpower, HR activity, and tardiness reports.
Support procurement of uniforms, office supplies, and facility requirements.
Oversee permits, utilities, petty cash, schedules, and basic facilities coordination.
Maintain housekeeping, inventory, and maintenance logs.
Training, Performance & Employee Relations
Conduct new-hire orientations and coordinate internal and external trainings.
Monitor performance, support recognition and corrective actions, and assist in investigations and consultations.
Help implement engagement activities, company events, and morale programs.
HR Systems, Reporting & Engagement
Support HRIS maintenance, user access, troubleshooting, and data security.
Maintain updated HR dashboards and metrics.
Assist with onboarding, recognition programs, and execution of the employee engagement calendar.
General Expectations
Foster teamwork, deliver quality service, uphold company values, and maintain a safe, organized workplace.
What Were Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in human resources, people & culture, or administrative support, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HRIS, compensation and benefits, and training.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service–oriented mindset.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with HRIS systems.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision and across all employee levels.
