What youll do:

As a Paid Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. You will work closely with the marketing team to analyze campaign performance, manage budgets, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness across various digital platforms.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels
• Monitoring campaign performance and adjusting strategies to maximize ROI
• Conducting keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
• Analyzing campaign data and preparing performance reports
• Managing advertising budgets and ensuring cost efficiency
• Collaborating with internal teams to align marketing strategies and campaign goals
  
  
  

• Minimum 2 years experience in Paid Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
• Proven experience in paid performance marketing or digital advertising
• Strong knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar tools
• Experience with campaign analysis, reporting, and optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
