We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Senior Associate to join the CAS Sales Shared Services team in our Advisory practice – within our global operations.


CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week


YOUR TEAM.

This position will support the CAS Sales organization by providing operational, administrative, and system support throughout the U.S. sales cycle. The Sales Shared Services team partners directly with Pursuit Leads and Client Service teams to ensure consistency, completeness, and efficiency in documentation, workflows, and CRM management.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining process discipline, supporting platform integrity, and enabling Pursuit Leads to focus on revenue generation and client relationships.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Support CAS Pursuit Leads throughout the full sales cycle by assisting with document creation, document review, facilitation, and ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate and manage proposal documents, SOWs, MSAs, and related sales documentation.
  • Maintain disciplined time management of sales processes, ensuring tasks and deliverables are completed within defined timelines.
  • Monitor workflow progression and proactively follow up to ensure sales cycle momentum.
  • Support CRM and system data hygiene, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of opportunity records.
  • Assist with Microsoft Dynamics CRM management, including updating opportunity stages, maintaining documentation, and tracking required fields.
  • Support document and platform management across sales tools and shared repositories (SharePoint and related systems).
  • Maintain structured file organization and version control across engagement documentation.
  • Assist in identifying process gaps and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce friction in the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with U.S.-based Sales, Operations, and Client Service teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive client and firm information.
  • Positively represent and actively promote the Firm.
  • Proactively seek knowledge, new tasks, and additional responsibilities to improve team performance.


YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office expertise across all applications, including SharePoint strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Experience supporting structured sales processes or operational workflows.
  • Ability to maintain disciplined process tracking in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
  • A “business-first, emotions-second” mindset with professional judgment and discretion.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, sometimes self-guided environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to support U.S. business hours and U.S. holiday schedules.

  • Monday.com
  • ProStaff
  • CLM
