What youll do:

As a Network Engineer, you will lead operational best practices, maintain documentation, and support problem solving while mentoring team members. You will handle service requests, BAU network/security appliance upgrades, and incident troubleshooting for Corporate and Managed Services customers. You will also work with external vendors on fault analysis, participate in projects and on-call rotations, and assist in enhancing the Managed Network Service product.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Leading by example:
• Operational change control
• Updating and maintaining network documentation
• Time management and building stakeholder relationships
• Problem solving and analysis-driven investigation
  
• Mentoring team members to enable superior performance
• Customer service delivery through service request fulfilment
• Business-As-Usual initiatives including installation and upgrade of network and security appliances
• Troubleshooting and escalation of Incident and Problem cases for Corporate and Managed Services customers
• Analysing faults raised with external vendors and recommending appropriate measures
• Participation in project related activities
• Participation in an On-Call Roster.
• Assist with the development, support and evolution of the Managed Network Service product.
  
  

Successful candidates must have:

As a suitable candidate, you will hold a related qualification and Cisco CCNP certificate or equivalent, with:

• 3 years experience in the IT services industry
• Experience managing/operating:
• A Cisco enterprise network
• FortiManager and Fortigate firewalls
• Panorama and Palo Alto firewalls
• Cisco Nexus series switches
• Remote connectivity via SSL and IPSec VPNs
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop a relationship with the client
• Ability to work alone, or as part of a team.
• Professional attitude
• Professional in appearance and presentation
• Ability to manage time and prioritize activities
• Strong Analytical skills

Work Arrangements:

• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
• Work Setup: On-site - Be part of a collaborative and energetic team in a professional office environment.
