What youll do:

As a .NET Developer (Dynamics 365/Azure), you will design, build, and deliver production-ready solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Azure, and agentic AI platforms. You will translate Solution Design Documents (SDDs) into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business requirements and architectural standards.

You will be responsible for end-to-end technical delivery, including application development, intelligent automation, and AI-driven solutions, while ensuring quality through automated testing and supporting deployments across SIT, UAT, and production environments.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Translate Solution Design Documents (SDDs) into scalable and maintainable technical solutions
• Develop Dynamics 365 CE plugins and custom workflow activities using C# (.NET)
• Build Azure-based components such as Azure Functions and message/queue-driven integrations
• Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript / TypeScript
• Implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CE, Azure services, agentic AI platforms, and external systems
• Design and develop agentic AI and intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and RPA technologies
• Orchestrate workflows across AI agents, Azure services, and enterprise systems
• Write and optimize SQL queries to support application performance
• Create and maintain automated unit and integration tests across applications and services
• Ensure testing is integrated into CI/CD pipelines and validate functionality prior to UAT
• Identify edge cases, performance risks, and failure scenarios
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding and quality standards
• Manage source control using Git/GitHub and support SIT and UAT cycles
• Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation
  
  
  

• Strong experience in C# (.NET) development
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse development
• Plugin execution pipeline
• Security model and business units
• Custom tables, relationships, and solution deployment
  
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Functions and integration patterns (Service Bus, queues)
• Experience with agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and/or RPA technologies
• Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript for front-end customizations
• Solid SQL skills with performance optimization awareness
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong experience using Git/GitHub for version control
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage end-to-end development and delivery
