The Management System Auditor is responsible for conducting certification audit and other types of audit as may be required by management to determine effectiveness of controls and accuracy of management systems and operations in accordance with a specified Management System standard or product standard. He/she may also be tasked to conduct training when needed and provide sales and marketing support as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and reviews on companies for certification schemes such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other standards
• Ensure timely completion of audit/surveillance and submission of audit reports
• Develop and review audit methodologies for accreditation compliance
• Develop and conduct related training courses
• Interface and provide support including new product development
  
  

Key Qualifications

• College graduate with preference for degrees in Engineering, Food Technology, Information Technology and Chemistry
• With at least five (5) years industry experience or practice; Experience as an Auditor or Lead Auditor from a third-party certification body and/or as an Internal Auditor or QMR an advantage; Preferably with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001), ISO14001, ISO 50001, ISO 22000, ISO 27001 authorization and other certifications; minimum five (5) years continuous work experience
• With excellent verbal and written communication skills, report writing and presentation skills; Computer literate
• With strong auditing and analytical skills, detail-oriented
• Must be customer-oriented; With well-developed interpersonal skills; Can work harmoniously with a team
• Lead Auditor Training Certification an advantage
• Holds a valid Passport; Must be fit and willing to travel frequently
