Marketing Officer School Setting

The Marketing Officer is responsible for supporting the schools marketing and communication initiatives to enhance visibility, engagement, and enrollment. This role manages digital and traditional marketing campaigns, social media content, and outreach activities while ensuring alignment with the schools brand and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the schools programs, events, and initiatives.
• Manage the schools social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring engagement.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and website content.
• Coordinate and support events, open houses, and outreach programs to engage prospective students and parents.
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, communications, academics) to ensure consistent messaging.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education or related industries.
• Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
• Knowledge of social media management, digital marketing, and basic graphic design tools.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
