Job Description

Oversee daily F&B operations at Making Fine Groups establishments
Ensure exceptional customer service within our dynamic food and beverage industry
Maintain inventory levels and compliance with health/safety regulations
Coordinate with chefs, manage staff schedules, and train team members
Drive sales and manage costs to contribute to financial targets
Educational Qualifications: At least a Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience, entry-level position suitable for recent graduates.
Skills and Competencies:Proficient in Operations Management
Knowledgeable in Inventory Management
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Responsibilities and Duties:Supervise day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department
Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service
Maintain inventory levels and manage supplies
Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requiring weekend and holiday work, with long hours potentially necessary.
Qualities and Traits:Excellent leadership capabilities
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure
