What you'll do:
As a IS&T Service Desk Analyst, you will be a frontline member of the IS&T Team, providing remote desktop, mobile, infrastructure and systems support.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Assist end-users with a focus on timely resolution of incidents and requests, escalating where required, with clear and consistent communication to the end-user
Troubleshoot desktop computing issues, with the ability to follow known workarounds and resolutions
Troubleshoot test and document resolutions for incidents and problems that do not have a known solution
Microsoft Active Directory (AD) administration, inclusive of account and security group management
Administration of Microsoft 365 accounts, mailboxes, and licenses
Administration of a variety of corporate and operational desktop applications
Communicate effectively with a variety of end-users, each exhibiting an array of technology and computer skills
Accountable for job queues, with the ability to proactively discover root causes, resolve, document, and close where possible
Troubleshoot and isolate network and telecommunications issues
Support IS&T specialist roles by embarking on a training path relevant to the function of interest (e.g., SharePoint)
Successful candidates must have:
Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or similar relevant area of study
Industry certification in specialized are of Information Technology or similar relevant area Currently studying a tertiary course in Information Technology or similar relevant area of study
Experience in a Service Desk or Call Centre support role, with proven experience in customer service and task (job/ticket) management and/or.
Experience in IT support, where role required analysis, resolution and documentation of complex IT issues that may not have documented solutions
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrable knowledge of computing and mobile device technologies
Understanding of network and telecommunications technologies
Understanding of the Microsoft 365 administration portal
Work Arrangements:
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT | 24/7 Schedule after the training period
Work Setup: Hybrid Setup
Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
