About The Job Intern - Talent AcquisitionJob Summary

The Talent Acquisition Intern will play a key support role in the day-to-day recruitment operations of the HR team. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment coordination, candidate engagement, compliance tracking, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn about the full recruitment cycle in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team:
    • Preparation and filing of recruitment-related documents
    • Processing of recruitment-related payment requests
    • Maintaining organized and updated recruitment files
  • Monitor and track compliance of candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain inventory of recruitment materials and employer branding collaterals
  • Support other HR and recruitment projects as needed
Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work onsite and commit to the full internship duration
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
