Insurance Account Associate

We are looking for Insurance Account Associate to join our growing BPO team in Alabang. If you have at least 1 year of BPO experience and strong customer service skills, this is a great opportunity to build your career in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with insurance-related inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Provide accurate information regarding policies, coverage, billing, and account details.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward effective resolutions.
• Process customer requests and update account information accurately.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in every interaction.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable insurance guidelines.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Protect confidential customer and account information at all times.
  
  

• Minimum Education: Senior High School (SHS) graduate
• BPO Experience: At least 1 year
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-service oriented with good problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable handling customer concerns and working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang
