What youll do:

As a Hubspot Analyst, youll manage, optimise, and leverage HubSpots CRM platform to enhance our sales, finance, marketing, and customer support operations. You must have a deep understanding of HubSpot CRM, experience with automation and data management, and a passion for streamlining processes to increase efficiency and drive results.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• CRM Management: Oversee the setup, management, and day-to-day operations of the HubSpot CRM, knowledge around object associations and how leads, contacts, deals, companies and offices are configured.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Create and manage reports and dashboards to monitor sales, finance, marketing and customer support performance. Analyse data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement.
• Troubleshooting: Identify workflow errors, list errors, reporting errors and resolve issues to ensure smooth operation.
• User Support & Training: Provide training and ongoing support for employees on how to use HubSpot CRM effectively and setting up meetings and calendars for the team.
• Integration Management: Work with IT to integrate HubSpot CRM with other business tools and platforms to create a seamless workflow across systems.
• Best Practices & Documentation: Develop, maintain, and share documentation and best practices for CRM usage across the organisation.
• Collaboration: Collaborating with sales team with lead assignment and amending data points.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest HubSpot features, updates, and CRM best practices. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance performance and user experience.
  
  
  

• Proven experience as a HubSpot Analyst or similar role in a Protech or Technology environment is ideal, but not necessarily.
• Proficiency in configure and edit workflows are a plus.
• Strong understanding of CRM best practices, workflows, and data management.
• Experience with reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to train and support team members in using CRM tools effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations and other marketing/sales tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A strong focus on process optimisation and continuous improvement.
