Position Summary
This role is responsible for guiding clients through a wide range of HR matters, from complex employee relations to policy development and operational design, ensuring each organization has the clarity, tools, and confidence needed to manage and grow their workforce.
Identify compliance risks, organizational gaps, and areas for improvement across the employee lifecycle.
Present roadmaps (action plans) address both short-term needs and long-term scalability aligned with the client’s goals.
Lead and Resolve Complex Employee Relations Issues
Guide clients through disciplinary actions, corrective performance plans, and terminations by conducting thorough investigations
Ensure ER processes comply with employment law, internal policies, and HR companys quality standards.
Design and Implement HR Solutions
Design and roll out tools or templates for key HR processes (e.g., performance reviews, onboarding, internal investigations, handbooks, job descriptions, and offer letters).
Lead or support the implementation of new HR processes and train clients on adoption. Ensure all materials are legally compliant.
Coach and Equip Leaders for Confident People Management
Translate HR and legal concepts into plain-language.
Reinforce leadership alignment to company values, HR best practices, and respectful and joyful workplace standards in managing through change, ambiguity, or employee conflict.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while fostering long-term, trust-based relationships.
Flag risks, delays, or sensitive issues early and work collaboratively to adjust plans.
Contribute insights to internal team meetings and help improve shared tools, resources, and client experiences.

5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations, HR compliance, and business partnership; consulting or client-service experience strongly preferred. (At least 1 year with US-based client)
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication, facilitation, and coaching skills; able to simplify complexity and influence with confidence.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a client-driven environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Google Suite, HRIS, and talent management systems.
