What you'll do:

We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer, Marketing Assistant & Processor. This role is responsible for creating marketing materials, assisting with day-to-day marketing activities and processing customer orders through our Pronto system. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks, work to deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities for this role include:

Graphic Design

  • Create marketing materials including flyers, brochures, catalogues, social media graphics, and promotional content.
  • Ensure all artwork aligns with company branding.
  • Update and edit existing marketing materials as required.


Marketing Assistance

  • Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Help manage social media content and marketing communications.
  • Coordinate marketing requests from internal departments.
  • Assist with events, product launches, and other marketing activities.


Order Processing

  • Process customer orders accurately through the Pronto system.
  • Review order information and ensure all details are correct.
  • Liaise with internal teams regarding order requirements.
  • Follow up on outstanding information when required.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.


Successful candidates must have:

  • Experience in graphic design is essential and marketing is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Creative and organised.
  • Reliable and self-motivated.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Work Arrangements:

  • Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
  • Work Setup: Work On-Site
  • Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
