Job Overview

This position plays a crucial role in supporting the business and Planning Team. Their responsibilities are to collaborate with the Supply Planners to support data preparation and report management. He/She should be able to maintain dashboards and be able to provide improvement plans to the S&OP Team.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract and consolidate data from SAP and other internal systems used in planning.
  • Maintain and update recurring S&OP reports and datasets (demand, supply, inventory, backlog, capacity).
  • Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations for planning KPIs.
  • Support preparation of data and analysis for Demand Review, Supply Review, and MBR meetings.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reports and improve data consistency.
  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support to the S&OP team when needed.
  • Assist and support the Supply Planner in reports related to operational efficiencies and KPI monitoring
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the team.

Job Qualifications

Educational Degree

  • Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent

Professional Experience (years In What Processes And Functions)

  • Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, and similar.
  • Strong Excel skills (data manipulation, pivot tables, formulas).
  • Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work with global teams.

Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills

  • Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to communicate with cross-functional teams.

  • Able and willing to work necessary hours to meet all project deadlines, travel when necessary.
  • Able to modify working hours to accommodate global time zones.

What Your Background Should Look Like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent.
