What We Offer

• Salary: Up to ₱75,000/month
• Signing-On Bonus: Up to ₱100,000
• Education: Minimum Senior High School graduate
• Experience: At least 1 year BPO experience
• License: FINRA Series 6
• Work Setup: 100% Onsite
• Locations: MOA, Pasay / Alabang

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and requests related to investment and brokerage accounts.
• Assist customers with account servicing, transactions, and other financial services concerns.
• Provide accurate information regarding account procedures, products, and services while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Process account-related requests accurately and within established service-level requirements.
• Protect customer information and maintain strict confidentiality when handling financial and personal data.
• Follow applicable FINRA regulations, company policies, compliance procedures, and quality standards.
• Document customer interactions and account activities accurately in the appropriate systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams when escalations or additional account support are required.
• Meet established performance, quality, productivity, and compliance targets.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be a Senior High School graduate or higher.
• Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience, preferably in financial services, banking, investment, brokerage, or account servicing.
• Active/valid FINRA Series 6 license required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good understanding of financial services and customer account processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial information.
• Comfortable working in a 100% onsite environment.
• Willing to work on a schedule aligned with the business/client requirements.
• Available to start ASAP.
