Job Description

Lead annual planning, budgeting, and monthly forecasting with rigor, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Provide high-quality financial analysis and insights to guide decision-making and challenge assumptions.
Act as the key finance partner to Marketing-validating business cases, monitoring A&P, and driving ROI.
Oversee OPEX management and identify savings opportunities through productivity and cost discipline.
Prepare and review financial reports, dashboards, and presentations that support performance management.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful FP&A Head Should Have

15+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or finance business partnering
Strong, confident leadership, with the ability to engage and challenge C‑suite stakeholders
Highly vocal, agile, and adaptable, thriving in fast‑paced, dynamic decision environments
Expertise in OPEX management, variance analysis, and CAPEX planning
Solid technical proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel
Amenable to working onsite daily in Muntinlupa City
