Job Duty

 Budgeting & Financial Planning: Develop and manage annual/multi-year budgets and periodic forecasts in alignment with organizational needs, in

collaboration with the MU Manager.

 Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare cash flow analyses and monthly financial statements. Analyze results and present insights effectively to the MU Manager and APAC Director.

 Accounting & Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations. Assist in year-end closing and audit

preparation.

 Treasury & Payables: Implement effective treasury procedures to ensure timely collection of receivables. Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and check requests.

 Reconciliation & Issue Resolution: Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts monthly/quarterly. Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting

discrepancies, and other financial matters.

 Payroll & Tax Administration: Process payroll and report payroll taxes for the entity.

 Staff Support & Office Management: Respond to internal inquiries regarding budgets, deposits, and reporting. Perform general office management duties as required.

Job Requirement

Education Degree: Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting,

Auditing, or related fields

Certifications: CPA, ACCA, or CMA is preferred

Work Experience

At least 15 years of financial work experience, including over 5 years in a Financial Manager or equivalent managerial role.

Industry Background: Familiarity with the business models, profit models, and specific tax policies of manufacturing and trading enterprises.

Must have full working rights in Philippines

Language: Fluent in English,

Annual Salary with Bonus: about PHP 900~1000K
