- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth and decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate closely with functional head and c-suite leaders
A Successful Finance Director Should Have
- at least eighteen years experience in finance
- comprehensive background in finance business partnership or commercial finance
- must have experience in FMCG or companies with manufacturing and commercial operations
- amenable to working onsite daily
