Job Description

The Field Technical Management Engineer (Field Service Engineer) is responsible for the execution, monitoring, and completion of HVAC service operations at assigned customer sites. This role ensures high service quality, safety compliance, accurate documentation, and customer satisfaction while supporting billable and warranty service processes. The position requires strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, effective coordination with customers, and adherence to safety, ethical, and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site HVAC operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for mechanical and electrical systems
  • Ensure timely execution and completion of assigned service projects with zero workmanship issues and customer complaints
  • Coordinate closely with customers to manage service schedules, mobilization, and issue resolution
  • Monitor and support billable and warranty service processes
  • Prioritize safety by strictly complying with EHS requirements, attending toolbox meetings, and completing safety checklists
  • Prepare and submit complete and accurate service documentation including Field Service Reports, job orders, technical reports, root cause analysis, and photo attachments
  • Ensure timely submission of documents to support billing and permit processing
  • Utilize required systems and tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Tarkie, Synchrone, SyncPay, and problem-solving tools
  • Participate in trainings, certifications, and continuous learning programs to enhance technical and professional skills
  • Uphold company ethics, attendance accuracy, and HR compliance at all times

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering ( Electrical, or Mechanical)
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in HVAC service operations, facilities maintenance, or field engineering
  • Strong technical knowledge in HVAC operations, motors, controls, mechanical and electrical systems
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and root cause analysis
  • Good communication and customer management skills
  • Able to work on-site and support field operations in Alabang and assigned customer locations
  • Safety-oriented with strong documentation discipline
