Here’s your chance to Join Sidel as field service engineer. We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to work with SIDEL one of the largest and expert in Food and Beverage Packaging, Manufacturing, System Engineering, High Tech, and high-speed Filling and Blowing machine.

Your Mission

Experienced professional with a strong background in Field Service (Mechanical / Mechatronic) in both international and domestic operations. Must possess excellent customer communication skills and be proficient in internal and external reporting. Expertise in PET, filling and blowing machines is required. Experience with Sidel equipment (COMBI) is highly advantage.

Scope Of Responsibilities

Perform installation, qualification and testing until customer acceptance.

Ensuring compliance with technical, contractual, and safety specifications.

Operate mechanical systems and HMI for routine activities and troubleshooting, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.

Execute electrical work if needed.

Identify, manage, and address equipment non-conformities, ensuring proper handling and documentation.

Prepare job progress and technical reports.

Ensure the highest level of satisfaction for both internal and external customers.

Perform all activities in accordance with SOP, the Sidel HSE coordination plan, and customer regulations.

Identify and report potential after-sales opportunities observed at customer sites.

Your Profile

• Min 5 years experience in field services.
• English fluent, written and spoken.
• Experience in the beverage PET / CAN / GLASS industry.
• Consolidated technical background Electrical and Mechanicals.
• Experience in Sidel equipment COMBI - Blowing and Filling machine.
• Knowledgeable with the PLC (Siemens / B&R / ELAU) it is advantage.
• Able to travel up to 90% including domestic and international.
• Graduate of Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent.
