What youll do:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and executing a multi-channel digital marketing strategy focused on measurable lead generation. You will manage performance campaigns across Google and social media platforms, while driving growth through SEO, content outreach, and email marketing.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategy focused on lead generation
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms
• Implement SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and website traffic
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters
• Support content marketing initiatives including blogs and digital campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analytics and reporting
• Maintain and update website content and landing pages (WordPress)
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and marketing performance
  
  
  

• 3+ years experience in digital or performance marketing
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns
• Solid understanding of SEO, email marketing, and content marketing
• Experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools
• Basic website management experience (WordPress preferred)
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
