Location: Alabang (On-site), Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, Philippines

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who will drive brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms. This role is pivotal in shaping how our brand is perceived online, ensuring every campaign reflects our commitment to Shift into High Gear through innovation, Accelerate with Precision in execution, and Steer with Integrity & Respect in all communications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and strategies that strengthen our brand identity and resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute branding-focused digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and web platforms to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
• Create and manage content calendars that align with brand guidelines and company objectives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies with precision.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce visually appealing and impactful digital assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, maintaining integrity and respect in messaging.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging innovative tools and techniques to keep our brand in high gear.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI and brand reach.
• Engage with online communities, responding to inquiries and fostering positive brand interactions.
  
  
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on branding and content strategy for a minimum of 3 years.
• Preferably with experience in Talent Acquisition specifically in Sourcing.
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media management, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills to convey brand values effectively.
• Ability to work with precision under tight deadlines, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and on brand.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, demonstrating respect and integrity in team interactions.
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Amenability: Willing to work full onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa. Available for a mid-shift work schedule from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (or adjusted based on operational requirement).
