Job Description

Collaborate with Operations Management, Quality, and Process Owners in developing learning solutions targeting identified needs and priorities

Develop effective learning programs, synchronous and asynchronous, incorporating the adult learning principles

Ensure effective knowledge transfer via an assortment of teaching techniques and assessment tools

Facilitate all required training programs both new hires and existing staff

Proactively develop activities or modules to supplement existing programs or initiatives

Prepare/maintain reports like training effectiveness measures, training completion reports, and data analysis for business reviews

Attend quality calibration calls and provide recommendations

Provide Operations Director/Managers with input on possible resolutions. Provide solutions to escalated issues and updates.

Ensure changes to processes are communicated to staff in a timely manner

Provide production support as required for process retention and as needed by Operations

Expand support provide by pursuing trainer skills development and trainer certification

Provide support to L&D as needed OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Project/Team Location: Muntinlupa Filinvest Axis Tower One

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Standard Trainer/Instructor Profile

With at least 2 years of relevant experience in Training
