Job Duties & Responsibilities

You will play a crucial support role within the management team, offering direct service to homeowners and assistance to Community Managers. The position is ideal for someone with strong communication, administrative, and organizational skills.

• Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails and resolve or escalate inquiries appropriately.
• Handle simple ledger-related questions.
• Assist homeowners with online portal registration.
• Input maintenance requests and owner information into the system.
• Updating and entering Census forms.
• Setting up auto pay.

• High school Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles
