Job Description

Design and implement enterprise-wide data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
Champion best practices for managing critical customer data, ensuring compliance and consistency.
Oversee development and integration of governance tools with core platforms (ERP, CRM, and related systems).
Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation.
Define and monitor key metrics to measure governance effectiveness.
Drive continuous improvement through multi-year roadmaps and stakeholder education.
Collaborate with internal teams to document requirements and ensure quality system design and testing.

The Successful Applicant

A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Business, or related discipline).
Extensive experience in data governance and master data management within complex organizations.
Strong background in ERP systems and customer master data processes.
Proven ability to influence and lead in a matrix environment.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Familiarity with governance tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
Exposure to agile methodologies and project management best practices.
