A Country Responsible Trainer educates and mentors nursing staff or technicians in hemodialysis principles, techniques, and patient care. They develop curricula, conduct classroom lectures, and provide hands-on training in clinical settings. Key duties include evaluating trainee competency, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and maintaining accurate training records.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will coordinate with internal and external customers on training needs
• You will Assist the Clinical Applications Manager in managing and delivering educational activities offered at the FME Academy
• You will coordinate with the commercial team to train new hires, external accounts and customers on the assigned product/s
• You will train application specialists internally
• You will provide, as per coordination, training/education to other FME Philippine entities
• You will attend and participate in organization and department-wide and mandated activities
• You will attend relevant trainings required for the role
• You are to provide support to CD Philippines operations on a per need basis
• You are expected to actively manage training files, modules and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement including timely submission as required
• You will participate in competency review activities initiated by partnering departments.
  
  
  

Your Profile:

• You must possess a valid Nursing PRC License
• You must have at least a 2-year hemodialysis nursing experience
• You possess the required teaching background and are well‑versed in hemodialysis and general nursing topics
• You exude high learning agility with a proven track record of effective knowledge transfer.
• You are amenable with fieldwork/offsite work
