We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to contribute to our kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation and cooking of dishes in your assigned section.
Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
Assist in menu planning, development, and recipe creation.
Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring consistency in food preparation.
Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen.
Monitor food inventory and assist with stock rotation and ordering.
Work closely with the Sous Chef and other kitchen staff to coordinate kitchen activities.
Maintain a positive, efficient, and cooperative team environment.
Qualifications
Culinary degree or equivalent professional kitchen experience.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a Chef de Partie with expertise in a specific cuisine or cooking style
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations.
Proven ability to prepare and present dishes to a high standard.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Schedule
Compensation, Benefits, and Work Schedule
6 days a week, on a shifting basis (rotation includes morning & mid-shift).
Incentives
Eligible for a share in the monthly
