Key Responsibilities

Change Management

  • Work with management and assist in the design and execution of strategies for implementing changes.
  • Drive the change management process from planning to delivery of change management deliverables as well as to communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Initiate and analyze proposed changes and assess the impact of changes on affected processes and applications.
  • Assess change readiness and determine if the change is ready for release (go or no go)
  • Review drafts and collaterals to be disseminated across relevant stakeholders and facilitate meetings to ensure alignment across these stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement

  • Identify and map the stakeholders who will be affected by the change (directly and indirectly), and understand their needs, expectations, and concerns.
  • Collaborate with process owners and HRS in identifying training needs for stakeholders who will be impacted by the change.
  • Manage/allocate resources to enforce change.
  • Ensure that all process owners and stakeholders are duly trained and ready for the change.
  • Monitor progress of stakeholders in the adoption of the change.
  • Communication Management
  • Communicate the purpose, benefits, and process of the change, and solicit feedback and input from the stakeholders.
  • Create a communication plan to ensure that stakeholders are aware of each step of the change process.
  • Communicate successes, issues, modification, etc. to concerned stakeholders to ensure stakeholders’ support.

Change Governance

  • Define methodology and framework of the Change Management team to align with the overall strategy and framework of the Change Management Office.
  • Create and periodically update Change Management policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage the day-to-day tasks and activities of the Change Management team
  • Ensure complete documentation and proper tracking on all change initiatives.
  • Prepare and submit regular report on the status of all change initiatives.
  • Perform other tasks within the scope of the Change Management Office

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in any field or equivalent relevant work experience required;
  • At least 8 years of work experience in Change Management or organizational change
  • Knowledge of, and experience in, change management principles and methodology.
  • With an experience on project management
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) a must.
  • Ability to work in a high-performance team environment, while providing back-up support on an as needed basis within the customer service organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while paying strict attention to details within the work that is being performed.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
