Certification Senior Executive

The Certification Senior Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end certification operations to ensure smooth delivery of audits, accurate documentation, compliance with accreditation requirements, and excellent client service. The role supports auditors, coordinates with clients, manages certification processes, and ensures timely issuance of certificates in accordance with ISO/IEC 17021 and internal procedures of the certification body.

Compliance & Accreditation Requirements

• Ensure all processes comply with ISO/IEC 17021-1, IAF MD documents, and scheme-specific requirements.
• Maintain accurate records within the certification management system.
• Support external audits by accreditation bodies , SAC.
• Implement corrective actions for any findings raised in accreditation audits.
  
  

Auditor Support

• Coordinate documentation for auditor qualification, monitoring, and competency maintenance.
  
  

Internal Process Improvement

• Participate in process reviews to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Contribute to digital transformation projects (e.g., digital certificates, Power Apps, workflow automation).
• Support the development of templates, forms, and internal procedures.
